Select what you need below and get a real price on the spot — no guessing. 12 years of experience at a fraction of agency cost.
Everything starts with a build fee — for a static site (portfolio, landing page, informational) or a database site (user logins, bookings, inventory, dynamic content). That's the full cost to design and develop your site. No retainer required, no ongoing obligation.
Two ways to pay for the build:
Pay upfront (save $100) — $400 for a static site, $650 for a database site. One payment before work begins. This is the only time the discount applies.
Spread over 12 months — Pay the full price in 12 equal monthly installments. No interest, no fees. Static site: $41.67/mo ($500 total) · Database site: $62.50/mo ($750 total). First payment is due before work begins.
After the build, you can take the files and host wherever you want — that's always an option. Or I can host it for you, starting at $20/mo. Every hosting plan includes uptime monitoring and a set number of monthly updates so your site stays current without you touching anything.
You own the site. Whether I host it or not, the site belongs to you. If you ever want to move it, I hand everything over — no lock-in, no hostage files.
Plans: Basic $20/mo · 1 update | Plus $50/mo · 5 updates | Premium $100/mo · 15 updates
If you need a domain, I purchase it on your behalf and pass it through at cost — no markup. A .com typically runs around $10/year. The domain is yours; I handle the registration and DNS under my account.
Why under my account? I register domains through a provider that gives me cost pricing — the same ~$10/yr you'd expect, without the inflated rates most registrars charge. Keeping it under my account also makes DNS seamless, which is what connects your domain to your site and email. You retain full ownership and can transfer out any time.
Want a professional address like you@yourbusiness.com? I'll configure it with whichever provider you prefer — Gmail (Google Workspace), Outlook, or anything else. I handle the DNS records and setup. I don't host the email myself; you own and manage the inbox directly through your provider.
There are two ways to pay for the build. You can either pay a discounted rate upfront, or spread the full cost over 12 equal monthly payments — no interest, no fees. Choose whichever works best for your situation.
